Kids are our future and it our job as parents, teachers and role models to be the best we can be and to communicate through a physiology and psychology of excellence.

You only have to watch toddlers role playing to recognise that so often the fundamental steps of communication are ‘caught’ not ‘taught’. We don’t sit a toddler down and teach them telephone etiquette! They use the body language and indeed the vocabulary they have observed – too late cringing when your mother in law has come to tea!
